Shipping policy

You are unable to track your item If you select this shipping method, and it is not guaranteed for next day delivery. Expected delivery is what should be expected if you sent an item with a first class stamp. You should receive it the next day, but can take up to a week on very rare occasions. Items sent this way must be signed for, so please make sure someone is available to sign for your items at your delivery address.

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed Before 1pm

With this delivery option you are able to track your item. If you select this shipping method, as long as it's ordered before 3pm, Monday - Thursday, you will receive it the next day. If you place an order before 3pm on a Friday, you will receive it on the Monday (unless the Monday is Bank Holiday, then you'll receive it on the Tuesday). If you place your order between 3pm on Friday and 3pm Monday, you will receive your order on Tuesday. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your items at your delivery address.
